Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Restore the earphone to factory settings and upgrade the earphone firmware to the latest version.

 

2. It is recommended that you use the original data cable to connect the adapter (recommended to use a power adapter of 5V/2A and above) and try it after charging for more than 15 minutes.

 

3. According to the chemical characteristics of lithium batteries, in order to ensure the safe use of the earphone battery, the product cannot charge the earphone when the temperature is lower than 0°C or higher than 47°C. It is recommended that you charge the earphone at a temperature of 3°C~45°C.

 

 

If you still cannot charge after following the above methods, it is recommended that you bring your purchase certificate to the customer service center for testing.
